What We Do

Blessed Ruthmoh Charities is a 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization serving families and individuals in Prince George’s County, Maryland, USA, and Sierra Leone. We provide essential services such as food assistance, clothing, shoes, school supplies, education, housing support, and workforce development. Through community outreach and holistic support, we work to uplift low-income communities and empower self-sufficiency.

Our mission is to ignite life-changing opportunities that empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, achieve stability, and build brighter futures. Rooted in faith and compassion, we are committed to transforming lives, reducing poverty, and fostering hope through collaboration, community engagement, and comprehensive support services. Daemoh Kamara

CEO | Blessed Ruthmoh Charities & Ruthmoh Salon | Nurse | Advocate for Women & Families.

Daemoh Kamara is the visionary Founder and CEO of Blessed Ruthmoh Charities, a faith-based nonprofit committed to uplifting individuals and families through compassion, empowerment, and hands-on support. Born and raised in a low-income household, Daemoh’s journey is deeply personal—shaped by her own experiences with hardship and driven by a childhood vow: “If God blesses me, I will be a blessing to others.” That promise remains the heart of her mission today.
 
A dedicated Christian, Certified in Health Science, and entrepreneur, Daemoh integrates her professional expertise with her passion for service. In addition to leading Blessed Ruthmoh Charities, she is the CEO of Ruthmoh Salon, where she creates a space of beauty, dignity, and empowerment for women in her community. Through both ventures, Daemoh continues to advocate for women and families, embodying hope, resilience, and purpose in all she does.
 
 
 

Abdul Turay 

Secretary, Blessed Ruthmoh Charities.

Abdul Turay is a devoted husband, father, and pastor whose life is anchored in faith, service, and community empowerment. A graduate with honors from Prince George’s Community College, Abdul balances his professional work as an automotive technician with a deep commitment to humanitarian outreach and volunteerism.
 
As Secretary of Blessed Ruthmoh Charities, Abdul brings strong organizational leadership, spiritual discernment, and a compassionate heart to the mission of the organization. His dedication to justice, community development, and advocacy for the underserved reflects the core values of Blessed Ruthmoh Charities—impacting lives both in the United States and internationally.

Ayo Williams

Treasurer, Blessed Ruthmoh Charities
 
Ayo Williams serves as the Treasurer of the Blessed Ruthmoh Charities, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her role. She is a certified Patient Care Technician, Registered Nurse, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with a career spanning hospitals, nursing homes, and home health settings.
 
Ayo holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bowie State University and a Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Wilkes University.
 
Her passion for service was cultivated early through volunteer work in nursing homes and community centers. That same spirit continues to guide her today as the founder and operator of Jireh Healthcare Institute, an organization dedicated to health education and community-focused care.

Mohamed Alimamy Koroma

Branch Manager – Blessed Ruthmoh Charities
 
Mohamed Alimamy Koroma is a seasoned insurance professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry. He holds academic qualifications in Sociology, Human Resources, and Business Administration, and has earned advanced diplomas in insurance.
 
Mohamed is a proud member of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.
In his current role as Manager and Head of Agency Operations at Staco Insurance Company in Sierra Leone, Mohamed brings strategic leadership and operational expertise. In addition, he serves as Branch Manager for Blessed Ruthmoh Charities in Sierra Leone, where he is dedicated to empowering communities through initiatives in education, social welfare, and sustainable development.

Christiana Kamara Sesay 

 
Educator, Entrepreneur & Community Advocate
 
Christiana Kamara Sesay is a devoted educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate with a heart for service. She is especially passionate about supporting children and the elderly, striving to ensure that every child has access to nutritious food, quality education, and adequate clothing—regardless of their background or location.
 
In addition to her work in education and business, Christiana serves as one of the Secretaries at Blessed Ruthmoh Charities. In this role, she actively contributes to the organization’s mission of restoring hope and rebuilding lives through faith-driven service and outreach.
Guided by compassion and a strong spirit of leadership, she is committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of the undeserved and promoting dignity and care within her community.

Mohamed Titus V. Sesay

 
Educator & Public Relations Officer
 
Mohamed Titus V. Sesay, affectionately known as Valentino, is a passionate educator and community advocate based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He currently serves as the Public Relations Officer for the Sierra Leone branch of Blessed Ruthmoh Charities, where he plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission and public engagement efforts.
 
Valentino is a teacher at Conforti Primary School in Freetown. He holds both a Teacher’s Certificate and a Higher Teacher’s Certificate from Freetown Polytechnic, with a specialization in English and Social Studies. He is presently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Education at Njala University, demonstrating his dedication to lifelong learning and educational leadership.
Driven by faith and service, he is committed to inspiring hope, promoting education, and supporting vulnerable communities through his work with Blessed Ruthmoh Charities.

Musu Kamara

 
Community Health Advocate & Member Secretary
 
Musu Kamara is a graduate of Njala University, where she  studied in the School of Community Health Sciences. She hold a certificate as a State Enrolled Community Health Nurse and am passionate about promoting public health and improving lives in undeserved communities.
 
She is currently serving as the Member Secretary at Blessed Ruthmoh Charities, where she support the organization’s mission to restore hope and rebuild lives through faith-based outreach and community empowerment.
 
Her interests include reading, learning new things, and spending time with children. She is  committed to use her skills, compassion, and faith to make a lasting impact both locally and globally.
